CLB takes our clients and staff's health and safety very seriously. If you are sick or feeling ill, please be proactive and cancel within our 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged the cost of the scheduled service. We will assist in rescheduling your appointment as quickly as possible.
Our sterilization protocols include the following:
Sterilizing all tools and equipment using medical-grade disinfectants
Using new disposable materials for each client, including paper towels, cotton rounds, and applicators
Washing our hands before and after each client interaction
Wearing gloves when necessary during services
Sanitizing all surfaces, furniture, and equipment between each client
Sterilizing all metal implements using a medical-grade autoclave
We also follow all state and local health regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
